1. All Sales Final Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from original packaging, except where required by law or where the product is confirmed defective upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

- Clear photos of the shipping package (including label)
- Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient evidence within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.
3. Inspection & Approval Process
All claims are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to:
- Deny claims that lack sufficient proof
- Request additional documentation or video evidence
- Require return of the defective product (if applicable)
Refunds or replacements are issued only after internal inspection and approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used products
- Opened disposable devices
- Opened e-liquids or cartridges
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If a cancellation is approved prior to shipment, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
6. International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for understanding their country’s import laws regarding vape and nicotine products.
We are not responsible for:
- Customs seizures or confiscations
- Rejected shipments
- Import taxes, VAT, or duties
- Delays caused by customs authorities
Orders held, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities are not eligible for refund.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Clean Vape Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims for lost or stolen shipments.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Reshipping fees may apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent account suspension.
We maintain records of shipment confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and order verification for fraud prevention purposes.
10. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
